Abstract. The purpose of the article is to substantiate impact socio-economic prerequisites on strategic development educational institutions at different levels. theoretical significance that based understanding works Ukrainian and foreign scientists, authors’ own experience in management levels it was characterized context external (environmental) internal (institutional) lenses analysis; competitive advantages orientation are presented; principles theoretically substantiated; theory stakeholders strategies studied characterized; factor competition market services related need for marketing influence digitalization society necessity using materiality analysis process criteria importance business its stakeholders, models substantiated, their features, strengths weaknesses, risks effects implementation characterized. practical authors have selected adapted a number methods prerequisites; tasks institution further revealed. It substantiated expedient adhere certain principles, which will enable adequacy such modern realities. Such principle positioning, synergy, integration, technological development, involvement, optimality. In advisable use (SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, benchmarking, road map), «As be», foresight sessions, allow comprehensive consideration should be considered analysis. Taking into account «importance stakeholders» creating matrix allowed four (bureaucratic, business-oriented, communication partnership), characterize implementation.
